Andrew devlin

Andrew Devlin brings extensive experience and a proven record of accomplishment in driving substantial revenue growth and building high-performing sales organizations within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Known for his strategic vision and innovative execution of complex go-to-market strategies, he has managed portfolios ranging from multimillion-dollars to hundreds of millions, generating over $1B in technology solutions revenue. Andrew is recognized for his expertise in developing and mentoring teams, with many individuals achieving promotion and President’s Club recognition under his guidance. His deep knowledge of enterprise applications, SaaS, cloud, eCommerce, digital, big data, InfoSec, and DevOps sets him apart in the industry.

In his most recent role as Vice President & Country Leader, Canada, at Cloudflare, Andrew successfully recruited and built a high-performing team, including three leadership roles and 35 Account Executives. He spearheaded the development of a comprehensive 5-year growth strategy, targeting a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 86.23%. Under his leadership, Cloudflare Canada consistently exceeded targets, leading the Americas region in yield, quota attainment, and employee satisfaction.

Prior to joining Cloudflare, Andrew spent several years with industry leaders including Contentsquare, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, and scaled a sales ecosystem of over 100 professionals. At Splunk, he held the position of Area Vice President, Commercial Sales, where he consistently exceeded fiscal targets and led his team to significant growth and success. At Cisco, he served as Vice President, Global Virtual Sales Canada, where he achieved substantial year-over-year growth, making the Canadian theater a top performer in virtual sales.

In his early career, Andrew held roles as Regional Sales Manager at Cisco, Director/VP of Sales at TELUS Communications Inc., and several other key positions across notable companies. Andrew holds a Diploma in Business from the University of Victoria and has completed extensive professional development programs in leadership and sales strategy. His board experience includes serving on the TELUS Community Board, the Canadian Mental Health Organization, and the Kelowna YMCA, demonstrating his commitment to both his professional and local communities.

Outside of his professional achievements, Andrew has competed internationally in Ski Racing and Track and Field, experiences that have ingrained in him a deep understanding of discipline and dedication at the highest levels. He believes this level of competition imparts a unique perspective on the rigor required for success. Andrew is also regularly supported and inspired by his wife, Emily, and is the proud father of two accomplished daughters. Their family, centered around their dog, Sailor, enjoys skiing, golfing, biking, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
